Northstone is building AI-first accounting for Danish SMEs.

About the role

We are looking for an AI-First Accountant to join our remote team working Copenhagen hours. The role is full-time and remote within North Macedonia, with English as the working language.

Salary: EUR 477–912 per month.

What you will do

• Handle standard accounting duties for Danish SME clients.

 Own accurate, timely bookkeeping and accounting workflows.

• Help close approximately 80% of client work, with the remaining 20% supported by automation.

 Improve processes and collaborate on practical AI-enabled workflows.

What we are looking for

• 3+ years of accounting or audit experience.

• Strong accounting fundamentals and attention to detail.

• Knowledge of AI and at least one example of building or using an AI knowledge system or automation workflow; no coding required.

• Professional English communication and the ability to work Copenhagen hours.

Equity buy-in is available after a successful 6-month review.
